I am very proud to be part of a company where our patients come first and where we provide the latest hearing technology! I was born and raised in Houston, TX. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends!

Shawndra Johnson
Patient Care Coordinator
Shawndra Johnson is a Patient Service Coordinator. Shawndra is originally from Houston, Texas and attended the University of Houston. She started working at NewSound in 2025 and was drawn to the profession because several family members in her family wear hearing aids.
What Shawndra loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing how people can manage their lives with the loss of hearing. Shawndra strives every day to make her patients feel warmly welcomed in the clinic.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Shawndra loves hobbies such as going to church, bowling and fishing.
