Highly skilled provider and Houston native Gloria Esquivel heads our team. Gloria has over a decade of experience, specializing in repair and verification fittings. Regional Admin Manager Jamie Bowersox, a member of the NewSound family since 2010, is here to assist patients with their specific needs. Our patient services coordinator, Heidi Smith, is here to help you schedule your appointment and discuss your financing options.
Our dedicated staff provides a wide variety of services to meet the needs of hearing loss patients. We are able to provide our new patients with hearing tests, ear canal exams and comprehensive hearing evaluations. For those currently wearing hearing aids, our skilled staff offers repairs, cleanings, fittings, battery replacement, programming and performance verification. We also offer wax removal services, and our providers are able to fit patients with hard-to-fit hearing losses.
